Physical products
We accept returns of eligible physical products within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn where applicable, in their original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs when returning an item because they changed their mind, ordered the wrong item, or no longer want the item. Original shipping charges are not refundable.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us promptly with your order number and photographs when possible. We will work with you to replace the item or otherwise resolve the issue at no additional cost.

Digital products
Ebooks, audiobooks, and other digital products are delivered electronically and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds after delivery, except where required by law. If you have difficulty accessing your purchase, please contact help@bookfunnel.com for assistance.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period
Notwithstanding the above, where applicable under European Union consumer law, customers receiving eligible physical merchandise in the European Union have the right to cancel or return an order within 14 days without providing a reason. Returned merchandise must be in the same condition in which it was received, unworn or unused where applicable, with original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect an eligible return, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 days.
